There is a new all-time high BTC Ordinal sale as Inscription #2, part of the Bitcoin Budgie collection, sells for 24.48 BTC ($1,400,532 USD).
XPIXEL
‘XCOPY 10’ sells for 20 ETH to bigint. Originally minted in Sept, 2020 and collected by Pranksy for 1.5 ETH, it subsequently sold for 10 ETH in March, 2021 to stringer_bell.
The artwork is part of Pixelchain, a fully on-chain pixel art collection launched in April 2020. XCOPY has 16 unique pieces in the collection with one last selling in May, 2023 for 45 ETH to Artifaction.

Closing Thoughts
A day of chains, collections, pixels, and history. One that makes you step back and think about the bigger picture and what lies ahead.
My eyes are on Art Blocks today for two reasons: Emi Kusano is an interesting artist who has picked up steam and this release follows Proscenium, which saw fresh Art Blocks primary momentum.
