The “Portrait of a destructive agent” was originally transferred to BnoiitC in April, 2019 and subsequently sold to teep for 200 ETH in July, 2021.
Gift of Patience
Gift of Frankincense: Kingdoms of Ethiopia by Yatreda is collected by BlackKettle for 11.5 ETH. It was originally minted October, 2021 and sold to studio137-I2 for 6.67 ETH.
Yatreda Comments:
“Some times things seem like they happen in a second. But this is a story of a patience & two great art collectors. Since Nov BlackKettle slowly increased his offer to Studio137, the owner since 2021.”
Chikai Leaps Forward
Just three days after announcing the collection of his first 5 ‘Panopticon’ artworks, Chikai sees the final 5 sell out in a flurry. Each sells for 1 ETH via Foundation to the likes of WCC, DeeZe, NorCal Guy, and more.
Chikai Comments:
“I listed the remaining 5 on Thursday, prepared to spend a month or more, convincing collectors of their importance and their worth. It was a forward looking price and a barometer to measure my efforts to earn all of your respect. I wanted to earn the 1 ETH price point in the open market.”
The momentum did not stop there. Chikai’s ‘Cinematic AI’ series on SuperRare sees its all-time-high 1 ETH sale of Mode to Moderats, who also collects a ‘Panopticon’.

Closing Thoughts
It’s not every day that you see a 1/1 XCOPY sale in the open market!
While that certainly topped the charts along with Yatreda, the 1/1 art market is seeing nice momentum in a 1-5 ETH range that was barren for much of January. The Nifty Gateway secondary market also had a 24 hour moment, with collector fauler entering the chat and acquiring a handful of 2021-22 artworks.
