Closing Thoughts
1/1 headlines carry the day as Art Basel artworks from both the Christie’s and Transient x MakersPlace exhibitions find homes and Botto sees a rare secondary sale.
While higher end 1/1/X activity is muted, the Ringers grid news is eye catching. It’s nice to see services facilitating private collections, an inevitable need to navigate a sometimes complex landscape.
Artist Han released a well produced mini-documentary on his story, and we see two CryptoCubes (his first release in 2020) sell on secondary.
Let it be said that the philosophy of 24 Hours of Art is art maxi, chain multi. The mission is to create a growth-oriented resource for digital art as a medium. We’ll continue to push the standard higher and capture more of the activity that belongs. Onward!
