Closing Thoughts
The energy on the digital medium side of Art Basel is strong, as one might expect with crypto running and art shining.
1/1 art rules the week across a major event slate, with editions not far behind as Noble Gallery now has 5 of their 10 artists sold out heading into public phase.
I spent yesterday at a wonderful event run by Pablo Fraile and Desiree Casoni that included a live performance from Operator and a tour of the RFC Collection (here’s one visual). Something to think about: the best display of art I see at ART BASEL may be at a private residence. It is clear that displays are stepping up across digital events (except for this). It is equally clear there is more room to progress.
