Closing Thoughts
Overall volume takes a hefty step back, but there are plenty of pure art highlights.
We love the Tsukamoto collecting DesLauriers moment, as it’s always fascinating to see what aesthetic is valued by a trusted artist. Yatreda is incoming today with their monster of a collection in Adam and Hewan. Several head turning 1/1 sales plus more in countdown.
A new XCOPY contract takes its place on the Art charts. Something tells me this will be the first of many features.
The next SuperRare Pass artist is XCOPY and as the 11/3 date nears, we see one change hands. We are now in the lull stretch of Velocity between Snowfro and Jack Butcher. Let’s see how that Pass fairs in interim before the Butcher collection releases details and the hype train leaves the station.
It felt wrong placing Winds of Yawanawa in the 1/1/X category, as it held court in headlines and Collections for what felt like forever.
